His Bible studies were in the Dominican Republic, as well as studying at the World University, DR. Started in radio at age 16 and at 24 went to serve in the International Trans Word Radio station in the Netherlands Antilles island of Bonaire. He founded the ministry "Sembrando y Segando" which he heads currently.
